First, break the coconut in a way that maximally preserves its shape – this makes them more appetizing. Next, wash and clean the nut from the outer shell. Finally, grate it into very thin slices (about 1 mm) so that the chips turn out crispy and brittle. Place them in the "SUSHIMO" dehydrator to dry for 1.5 hours, and one of the best and most convenient snacks is ready to eat.
