If You Purchased SUSHIMO on This Website
- To initiate a return, please contact our manager.
- You can exchange or return the product within 14 days using "Nova Poshta" delivery service or at the manufacturer's warehouse in Kremenchuk.
- We will refund your money within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We accept returns if: the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear, such as scratches, chips, or scuffs; the product is fully complete and its packaging integrity is intact; all labels and factory markings are preserved.
If You Purchased SUSHIMO from Another Store
SUSHIMO can only be returned to the store where you purchased them, under the return conditions provided by that store.
