Warranty Period
The manufacturer's warranty is 5 years from the date of production.
The intermediary's warranty cannot be less than 1 year from the date of sale.
Check the Product Upon Receipt
Please check the completeness and absence of defects upon receipt. All products are insured; if you encounter any damage upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the product by filing a claim with "Nova Poshta" and informing our manager. We will send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Products with mechanical damage to the ceramics
- Products showing signs of failure due to high voltage exposure
Warranty Repair Timeframe
- The repair period depends on the nature of the malfunction and ranges from 2-14 days from the date the service center receives the product.
- If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one of the same model or, with the customer's agreement, a more expensive model with payment of the price difference.
How to Send for Repair
Contact the manager to discuss the malfunction and register a service request.
You can send the product for warranty repair via "Nova Poshta":
- Nova Poshta, Kremenchuk, Branch 1. Recipient service organization: FOP Lutsenko V. M., Tel. 0506784700. The services "Return Delivery" and "Cash on Delivery" must be canceled. The cost of delivery to the service center is borne by the sender. The product must be insured for its full value.
- The return of the repaired or replaced product is free of charge for the customer (covered by the service center).
