The SUSHIMO drying chamber is a high-performance, energy-efficient, and user-friendly solution for dehydrating a variety of products, including fruits, vegetables, meat, and more. It ensures optimal drying conditions while maintaining product quality.

Depending on the tray configuration (30 trays spaced 10 cm apart or 60 trays spaced 5 cm apart), you can easily adjust the layout to suit different products. The loading capacity ranges from 0.2 to 0.4 tons, depending on the type and thickness of the sliced product.
- Energy Efficiency – Equipped with a 4.3 kW heat pump and additional 6 kW electric heating elements, the chamber maintains the required temperature (30°C – 75°C) with minimal energy consumption. The total rated power is only 10.8 kW.
- Durability & Reliability – Constructed from high-quality food-grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
- Ease of Use – Features a user-friendly control panel for setting and monitoring drying modes. Additionally, it has non-volatile memory, allowing it to resume operation automatically after a power outage.
- Flexible Drying Modes – Choose between two drying modes with a temperature range of 30-75°C or 30-70°C, adapting the process to different products.
- Customizable Options – We can design and manufacture custom drying chambers of different sizes and configurations upon request.
