The DR40 model is designed for enterprises that work with large volumes of fruits, vegetables, meat, pastilles, mushrooms or other products every day. Its design allows for high drying efficiency, reduced energy consumption and consistent quality at every stage of production. 600 trays measuring 80x100 cm form a drying area of ​​480 m², which allows loading from 3.8 to 7.7 tons of product per cycle (depending on the type of raw material).

The DR40 can remove up to 160 kg of moisture every hour, guaranteeing uniform drying even with a full load.

Equipped with a powerful heat pump of 44.6 kW with additional heaters of 60 kW, the model demonstrates a total rated power of 113 kW. Energy is spent rationally due to the high efficiency of the system.

Temperature modes 30-75°C allow you to adapt the parameters to a specific product. Convenient digital control ensures program saving and ease of operation.

The model is effective at ambient temperatures from -10°C to +43°C, which allows it to be used in unheated rooms and warehouse areas.
